Recognition is personnel

Do you want to be recognized by the organization you work, the charities you support and the people you work with? Would it feel good to have the senior manager remember you? Or the restaurant owner of place you regularly visit to recognize and treat you special?

Even better, do you think it would be motivating (or even satisfying) to have your boss recognize you for the hard work you did over the weekend? Honest recognition, not just mumbled thanks…Last question: do you think your customer and co-workers feel the same way?

You want recognition and expect recognition, so is everybody around you…from your colleagues to your loved ones, from your customer to your suppliers, from your boss to your team members. Recognize, if you want to be recognized!
